The Balloon Sleeve Cutter is designed to cut the proximal and distal end of balloons. The die will be customized according to the angle of the cone and the preferred length of the sleeve. Up to two different holes per die are possible.

The cutting head is mounted on a precision linear slide. An industrial cutting blade is moving into the cutting die to produce an absolute proper rectangular cut.

It is also possible to use this cutting device to cut plastic tubes with extremely thin wall thickness using a customized cutting die.
