Horizontal Laminator

This semi-automated horizontal catheter laminator utilizes a sealed linear actuator to traverse a multi-port thermal nozzle along a specified length to laminate plastic over a braided catheter shaft. A motion control system with keypad parameter interface and individual temperature controller allow the user to input precise length, speed and temperature values for optimal catheter lamination. A wide range of configurations and options are available to meet the most demanding applications.
The Horizontal Laminator gives you:

- Accurate traverse speed and length control plus easy parameter adjustments
- Standard traverse length 18″
