The Beahm Hot Box model 160A, precisely heats and delivers focused process air through a variety of machined to order thermal nozzles.  These multi-purpose machines are capable catheter tube bonding and reflowing virtually any thermoplastic material.   Temperature is stabilized  +/- 2 deg f.  .and each machine incorporates  a self-tuning temperature controller with thermocouple feedback and SCR power control to provide highly stable set-point control.
